The Submission must not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. By uploading a photograph, you grant us permission to post the photograph on the Dogphora website (www.dogphora.com). You also represent and warrant that (a) you have secured all rights from all persons appearing in the photograph necessary to allow you to upload and grant the right to post the photograph on the Dogphora website and (b) you have taken the photograph yourself or have obtained the necessary rights from the person who took the photograph.
